It’s almost #hamantaschen time! Fillings here are #nutella and for a huge variety #nutellaandpeanutbutter. For a great buttery dough: in an electric mixer cream together 2 sticks of room temp butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Add in 4 cups AP flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 3/4 tsp kosher salt. Divide the dough into 2 3/4 inch thick disks and chill for at least 2-3 hours.
